 Employee’s payroll
(a)    Employee’s salary package defining each salary element like basic salary plus allowance.

(d)   Options to give separate accounts to process salary for different employees from different departments.
Salary Processing
(a)    Two stepped salary processing i.e. processing salary & salary approval before paying it.
(b)   Salary processing as per Wages Protection wages (WPS).
(c)    Automatically generates SIF file.
(d)   Salary is processed on general, hour and daily basis.
(e)    Overtime calculation includes normal overtime and holiday overtime with different rates.
(f)    Automatic calculations of all the deductions like absents, loan and advance.
(g)    Allows partial salary processing for customized period even for one day and for one employee as well.

(a)  Allows employee’s advance payments and system deducts automatically from salary.

       Employee’s appraisal, bonus & incentives  
(a)     Employee’s salary increment/decrement in any salary element effective from a specific date.
(b)    Employee’s bonus calculation and payments as per company’s policy.
(c)    Automatic employee’s incentives calculation as per their performance.
       End of Service Benefits (EOSB)
(a)    Automated calculations of END of Service Benefits of an employee.
(b)   Allows adjustments in ESOB while releasing an employee.
